• We start with 1 pig, 180-200 lbs custom processed
• 2 hams around 15 pounds each smoked, cooked, and sliced
• 100+ pork chops and pork steaks (cooked onsite)
• 100+ grilled italian sausages (cooked on site)
• 20 lbs pulled pork BBQ smoked and slow cooked (around 125 sandwiches)
• sliced and served hot.
• 80-100 pcs all cookouts come with BBQ chicken cooked on-site
